Mold Maintenance Matters

Your mold's performance is directly tie to your production success. With Aprios, you get:

  • Consistent part quality run after run.
  • Longer tool life, maximizing your return on investment.
  • Fewer production interruptions, keeping timelines on track.

We’re committed to building tools that last — and giving you the confidence that your project is in good hands from the first shot to the millionth.

Repairs Beyond Normal Wear

While our warranty covers standard wear within each tool class, some situations require additional investment to restore the tool. These include:

Component replacement beyond wear limits

Surface restoration

Engineering changes

When these issues arise, Aprios will:

  • Evaluate the tool and identify the required repairs.
  • Provide a detailed quote outlining costs and lead time.
  • Gain your approval before any repair or replacement work begins.

This ensures you stay in control of both budget and timeline, while still getting your tool back into production as quickly as possible.
