Ordering prototype parts with Aprios has never been easier. Whether you're validating a design or ramping up for production, our streamlined online quote system helps you move quickly from quote to parts in hand. In the video below, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to complete an order for our Additive Manufacturing Prototype Package.
🎥 Watch the video walkthrough
1. Open the Quote Link
Once you receive your quote, it will come as a unique link. Just paste that link into your browser. You’ll land on a detailed quote summary page showing part numbers, quantities, resin types, colors, and platform breakdowns.
You can even schedule time with your sales rep directly from this page if you have questions.
2. Review Lead Times and Platform Breakdown
Lead times are clearly displayed and begin once payment is received. Each quote shows how parts are grouped by platform based on resin. As long as parts on the same platform share the same resin, you can mix part numbers. For example:
Platform 1: (4) of each part using EPU 44 Black
Platform 2: (15) of another part using MP 100
3. Start the Signature Process
When everything looks right, click to begin signing. Aprios uses a secure verification process—after you initiate the signature, you’ll receive an email to confirm your identity.
Once the email arrives, just copy the verification link, paste it into your browser, and complete the signature process. You can draw or type your name and accept the purchase terms.
4. Make Payment
After signing, you’ll receive a follow-up email prompting you to pay. You can also return to the quote link and click Pay Now.
You have two payment options:
Credit Card – Enter your card details as you would for any online purchase.
ACH – Enter your bank’s routing and account number manually.
💡 Tip: The quote link remains active and marked as "signed," so you can forward it to your finance team for payment if needed.
Note: Aprios will not store any banking or credit card information, payments are managed securely by Stripe.
5. Confirmation and Next Steps
Once payment is submitted, you’ll receive a receipt along with a signed copy of your quote. From there, your Aprios sales rep will reach out to confirm the project’s start date and keep you updated on the shipping timeline.
If you haven’t already requested a quote, you can do that here. If you have a quote in hand, follow the steps above to keep your project moving forward.
